＋ Housekeeping and security staff was very friendly and kind. Broadway and Times Square

－ Unaware that free breakfast was a $5.00 value and/or bagged breakfast. Billed an extra $120.00 All fees should be presented up front and explained on website. Bottled water provided upon arrival but not after that. Room 2121 bathroom door doesn't close "because it's impossible to fix. "

－ Well. Could have been a larger room and heat was very loud and would come on during night and clang!!! More Pillows needed.
