＋ close proximity to waikiki beach and surrounding shops and restuarants. Housekeeping staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful.

－ Dukes staff were quite rude, hotel is quite old and tired. Concierge staff seemed uninterested in helping with enquires, like it was a chore when asked. Everything seemed to take a very long time, like there was no sense of urgency to help and serve. Will not be recommending this property to friends and family, was not a memorable experience.
