＋ We enjoyed our stay at the W. All of the staff was extremely nice and friendly. We were able to check in early around noon and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Beautiful view of the ocean to one side and the canal to the other. The pool waitresses and bartenders were as quick as they could be and friendly. The room was cleaned daily. Overall we would stay again!

－ There weren't a lot of pool chairs so you had to wake up and get to the pool by 8 to reserve a seat. You then could not leave or they would remove your towels. Could not find a chair mid day after arriving at the hotel.
