＋ Location to Disney Springs.

－ There was no Wi-fi in the room. The front desk didn’t explain about the wi-fi issue until we had to go to the desk. Also, I didn’t realize that the hotel would have doors to the outside.

＋ Just across the street from Disney Spring! Perfect place for our trip. Room and the beds were comfortable ja very clean. Surprisingly big room. Really quit. Whole place seemed to be vey clean and well maintained. Lobby bar has a nice young guy, who streamed hockey for us!!!

＋ Convenient to Disney Springs. Tub was clogged and AC wasn't cold enough. Both were fixed within an hour of requesting maintenance.

－ The resort fees are a bit steep, in my opinion. And the front desk staff is not callibrated at all regarding hotel policies. The other guest staying with me was left a key at the front desk. The employee who made the key up for him did not tell me he needed to be formally added to the account, despite looking at my reservation online, but allowed me to leave a key for him. When he arrived, different staff was there and would not give him the envelope WITH HIS NAME ON IT. So he had to be escorted to the room to be let in. They also are unclear about having things shipped to the hotel. I was informed about the $10 fee to hold items. However, I was given multiple different pieces of information about when/how to expect my package. First I was told that it was not delivered to the hotel and they have a person pick up packages every morning. Then I was told pick up only occurred Monday, Wednesday, Friday. This was infuriating when I expected packages to be available the day they arrived.
